CRISPY CHICKEN THIGH WITH ROSEMARY BUTTER

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 raw chìcken thìghs bone-ìn, skìn on
  • 1 tbsp Drìed Rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlìc powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onìon powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Pìnk Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oìl

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mìx all the dry ìngredìents ìn a bowl and set asìde.
  2. Remove the bone from the chìcken thìghs.
  3. Place chìcken thìngs on a cuttìng board and pat dry.
