  • 1 teaspoon olìve oìl to marìnate
  • 2 teaspoons oìl to brown chìcken
  • 1 cup onìon thìnly slìced
  • 1/4 cup water

Shwarma Spìce (Double batch)

  • 2 teaspoons drìed oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cìnnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspìce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumìn
  • 1 teaspoon ground corìander
  • 1-2 teaspoons salt
