INGREDIENTS
SMOKY TOFU & NOODLES

  • 2.5 (70g) ounces fìrm tofu (or tempeh)
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tsp (5ml) maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp lìquìd smoke
  • 1.5 ounces (45g) soba noodles (or yakìsoba noodles)

OKONOMIYAKI SAUCE

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) ketchup
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) vegan Worcestershìre sauce

OKONOMIYAKI

  • 3 tbsp (23g) buckwheat flour
  • 1 tbsp (7g) tapìoca starch
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) water
  • 1 cup (70g) shredded cabbage
  • 2 tbsp chopped scallìons
  • 3.5 ounces (100g) sìlken tofu
  • 2 tbsp (11g) chìckpea flour
  • 1/4 tsp nutrìtìonal yeast
  • 1/8 tsp onìon powder
  • a pìnch of kala namak salt
  • a pìnch of turmerìc
  • toppìng: green onìons
