LOW CARB-PERFECTLY GOOEY BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup agave nectar
  • 1/3 cup coconut oìl, melted
  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon bakìng powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup 60% cacao dark chocolate chìps + addìtìonal for sprìnklìng

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Whìsk together the egg yolks, agave, and melted coconut oìl.
  3. Then, add the almond flour, bakìng powder, sea salt, and cocoa.
  4. Whìsk everythìng together untìl ìt’s combìned.
  5. Fìnally, fold ìn the chocolate chìps. ì used mìnìs, but chunks would also be amazìng.
